A Message From Our Founder And CEO Regarding The Coronavirus Pandemic
To the communities we serve and our Mammoth Family,
I know this is a time of uncertainty for you and your families. The safety and health of our customers and staff is the highest priority for our roofing company, not just right now, but at all times. As one of the top roof replacement contractors in Central and South Texas, we have been, and will continue to, monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) through the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to be sure we are following the latest guidelines in regards to cleaning, hygiene and sanitation.
Now, more than ever, our technology-integrated process will be important to protect our employees and clients. For more information about our Virtual Roofing Platform dedicated to “no physical contact” process, see our website.
COMMITMENT TO OUR CUSTOMERS — As I mentioned before, our roofers are committed to following protocols set forth by the CDC to ensure safe practices in social interaction and in business. Mammoth will be taking their recommendation a step further with the option to take advantage of "no physical contact" inspections and meetings through our tech platform so that you are able to focus on your families’ health and safety at this time.
For details of how our processes have evolved for our clients, please visit our website. We have taken all necessary steps to keep our dedicated roofing crews ready to service your home or business, build your project with minimal to no delays, provide on-time delivery of materials, work directly with any third parties on your behalf, and give you the service our that’s been described as “The Mammoth Difference.”
Now and always, we provide our Two Tusk Lifetime Roofing Warranty for material and labor, and require zero down payment to give you peace of mind that we will keep our promise to deliver the highest standard of quality work and service.
COMMITMENT TO OUR STAFF — The heartbeat of our Boerne roofing company (and now we’ve gone national) is our dedicated employees who believe in the Mammoth Vision. Our management staff discusses daily the emerging landscape of COVID-19 and how it will affect us and adjust our process and activity accordingly. We are providing gloves, cleaning supplies and sanitizer to our team as recommended by the CDC, and cleaning our public spaces daily. We are taking a proactive approach to our workplace safety in many aspects, including “social distancing”, all focused on the health and safety of you, our most valued asset.
WE WILL MONITOR THESE EVENTS AND MAKE ANY NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS TO PROTECT OUR CUSTOMERS AND MAMMOTH FAMILY
Mammoth’s four word mission statement, "Mammoth has you covered” is more than a seemingly generic mission statement. It encompasses every aspect of our business. Integrity, to do the right thing. Reputation, so that our customers know they can always count on us. Growth, to provide security for our business and opportunity for our team. In regards to COVID-19, this means that even in these uncertain circumstances, Mammoth will evolve to always be able to deliver the same top-tier quality and service to our customers and provide a great work environment for our team. In short, Mammoth has you covered. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at 888-48-ROOFS (888-487-6637)

Let us know, by submitting a form here on our site, or giving us a call, that you would like a free damage assessment, and/or free estimate for your roof. Our roof inspections and estimates for the Mammoth Virtual Roofing Platform (MVRP), just like our normal process, are always at no cost or obligation. We love shaking our customers' hands when we meet them, but in today's market, social interactions like these pose a danger, so our MVRP has modified our introductory roof inspection to avoid physical contact.
We will contact you to schedule an inspection at your home. Although it is not necessary for you to be at your home when we inspect your roof, you can schedule a time that is convenient for you so that you can be there if you like, when your Mammoth PC performs our Best in the Industry damage inspection. We provide our customers access to their private Mammoth Portal, a private, secure website where we can share photos and documents to our customers.
Mammoth uses leading video conferencing tools to help our customers through this process. We use this tool to review our damage findings, your proposal/estimates, and the process with Mammoth and your insurance company, and details regarding your roof installation. You can download the App for free here.
If after your virtual meeting with your Mammoth Project Consultant, you feel we would be the best roofing company to help you through the process, we will send over our agreement digitally for your review and signature.
Mammoth will then work with your insurance company by meeting your adjuster to review the scope of damage and describe the scope necessary to complete the repairs. This is usually completed on-site. You can choose to meet with your adjuster or the Mammoth PC in person, but it is not necessary.
Once the roof is approved and Mammoth has an agreed scope, we will schedule your project's material delivery. We request our suppliers "ground load" the material instead of "roof load" the material to prevent damage caused by falling debris or shifting materials. Not common in our industry, but we feel very important to honor our commitment to safety for our clients.
Most of our roof replacements can be completed in just one day. We protect the landscaping and AC units. We tear off the layers of shingle and felt down to the decking to make sure there is not any rotten wood. We use starter, drip edge, ridge, ice shield (in valleys, around all penetrations, roof/wall joints), and six nails in our shingles on every job. We go above and beyond roofing manufacturer guidelines and codes. We thoroughly clean the job site using magnets to retrieve nails and loose metal.
The Mammoth Difference is the experience we want every one of our customers to feel. A 5 star, boutique experience like no other. We want you to feel like you received service like you were in a high end restaurant... but with roofing. We are committed to this goal on every project.
Notice that payment is here at the very end of our process. We do not collect down payments. The first time we collect a check is after we have met your adjuster onsite, received the "go-ahead" to replace your roof, and have already installed your new roof. Our MVRP protocol would have you wire us the funds (at no additional cost), pay by credit card (fees may apply), or send us a check.
Here's the best part. As you probably already know, we don't just install shingles, we install roofing systems. The manufacturers we represent , because we install their "systems," including felt, starter, ridge and ice shield from their brand, allow us to register your warranty with them as well. You receive two warranties. The manufacturer warranty (Owens Corning, Certainteed, GAF) and the Mammoth Two Tusk Warranty for Material and Labor, the best in the industry.
